We bill most insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. To take advantage of this service, please:

• Bring your insurance card(s) to your appointment
• Plan to pay your portion at the time of the appointment

It is important to note that we are not contracted with any insurance companies as a "preferred provider." Any questions you may have as to how this might affect your coverage should be directed to your insurance company prior to your appointment.
